Job Description Administer all employee benefit programs and annual open enrollment Manages the processing of payroll.
Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal wage and hour laws Perform employee background checks Process new hire paperwork Provides HR support for all departments Creating and disseminating the monthly newsletter Prepare payroll and benefit reports for management Answering office phones and communicating through email Schedule Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with rotating Fridays off Qualifications At least two years of HR experience Prior Accounts Payable experience (minimum of 1 year is preferred) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel BA or BS or equivalent years of experience in a related field Accounting experience strongly preferred Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health and Life insurance 401K Plan (After one year of employment) Generous paid time off schedule plus two floating holidays per calendar year Quarterly commitment bonuses (After one year of employment) Company supports ongoing professional training Job Type:
