We are looking for a hard working person to help manage clients, payments, policies and the office.
The hours required are Monday-Thursday 9-5 & Friday 9-2.
We would love someone with focus and that can really help maintain the atmosphere here at Pettegrew Insurance.
Customer service is extremely important and prompt action to help with clients needs is a must.
We have multiple companies with great ratings.
Computer efficiency and strong customer service skills are a must.
Pay is doe with opportunities for bonus and advancement.
Start or continue your insurance career with us.
We will need this person to get licensed in property and casualty insurance.
This is for home and auto insurance.
We will help train and prepare you for this test if you are not already licensed.
Duties:
- Calendar management.
- Front desk:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Phone etiquette:
Ensure excellent phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members when interacting with patients or clients.
- Phone systems:
Familiarity with various phone systems to effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- File management:
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents(mostly electronic).
Experience:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
